Me eating an ice cream at the Great Wall in China
What else would a crazy citizen from the US do when in China at zero degrees C. (easily zero degrees F. with a 25 MPH wind chill) but eat an ice cream? The Chinese saleslady thought I was insane. But seven yuan later,( approx. $1) I was chomping. It seemed like the natural thing to do.... Plus who knows when the next time I would be at the Great Wall? Needless to say, I didn't have to worry about it melting....
The Great Wall is truly great. No hyperbole here.
